Western Illinois University Panhellenic Council's Fundraiser
Galentine's Pop Up Shop - Registration
Help girls & women reach their full potential through participating!
Hello!
We are Taylor Duncan & Ashley Katz from Western Illinois University. We are hosting, in collaboration with the WIU Panhellenic Council, our first Galentine’s Pop-Up Shop in the University Union Grand Ballroom on Tuesday, February 13th from 5-9PM.
This event will be a space for students & local residents to socialize, shop, as well as raise money for a great cause, Circle of Sisterhood. This event will help to “build hype around “Shopping Small First”, to celebrate the businesses that are the backbone of our local communities, whether online or brick and mortar.” This is also a great way to market your business to WIU students who may have not found you yet!
Participation in this event is simple. To reserve your spot, please fill out the form & pay the minimal fee of $40 (which is being donated to Circle of Sisterhood). We are also looking to raise additional funds through an item/gift certificate raffle, so whether you choose to participate or not, and would like to donate anything - please let us know!
Circle of Sisterhood’s mission is to “leverage the collective influence of sorority women to raise financial resources for entities around the world that are removing educational barriers for girls and women facing poverty and oppression.”Since the Circle of Sisterhood’s formation in 2010, individual alumnae and sorority communities on college campuses across North America have engaged in this global humanitarian effort to remove barriers to education. This movement by sorority women has impacted girls and women in 30 countries on four continents.”
If you would like to discuss additional details before reserving your spot, please contact us at fsl@wiu.edu.
We hope that you will join us!
